1- Download in cydia the apps "iBlank" "Categories" "Five-Column SpringBoard" and "Lockscreen Clock Hide".
2- Open up your SSH client (Cyberduck on Mac and Winscp on Windows)
3- Copy the theme folder into the location: /var/stash/themes/
For the app Categories -- Create 5 different folders called "Home" "Media" "Apps" "Games" "Tools"
For the app iBlank -- insert 13 blank spaces in each page and order the icons like the image preview.
